Description
Immersion days and exchanges with EDT Engie, aimed at building knowledge about protecting the marine environment within the company EDT Engie and the EDT Va’a sports association.
Objectives
- Welcoming young people from EDT Va’a for an immersion day, to show them the association’s daily work and some of the careers involved in protecting marine biodiversity
- Visits and teaching activities for EDT Engie families
- Immersion of the Te mana o te moana teams within EDT Va’a, for a transfer of knowledge on marine biodiversity
Outcome
22 young people from EDT Va’a spent a day discovering our association, 15 family members of EDT Engie staff visited our rehabilitation centre, and 8 members of our team were introduced to va’a paddling.
